8. Returns, refunds, and warranties

The commercial terms for returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranties are detailed in our Return Policy. Any commercial warranties offered by PupCalm are additional to mandatory legal rights. Nothing published on our store constitutes a waiver of rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Satisfaction guarantee

Where a product is expressly advertised with a 90-day PupCalm Satisfaction Guarantee, the specific published terms of that guarantee apply. A commercial guarantee does not replace or limit statutory warranties in the applicable jurisdiction.

10. Proper use of products

Use products for their intended purpose and follow the use, washing, maintenance, and safety instructions provided by PupCalm. Information about pet behavior, training, or care is general and does not replace an individual diagnosis, treatment, or recommendation from a veterinarian or other qualified professional when needed.

11. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, designs, trademarks, logos, text, original photographs, graphics, visual elements, and other content created or licensed for PupCalm are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or use this content commercially without the relevant rights holder’s prior permission. Purchasing a product does not grant rights to PupCalm’s brand, designs, images, or content.

12. Prohibited use

You may not use this site for unlawful activities, unauthorized access to systems or information, introducing malware or harmful code, fraudulent transactions, impersonation, unauthorized commercial copying or exploitation of protected content, or deliberate interference with the store. We may restrict access where there is reasonable evidence of abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful use.
