90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel comfortable trying Firstly Cloud. If it is not the right fit for your feeding routine, contact us within 90 days after delivery to return it for a full refund of the purchase price — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to both Essential and Deluxe editions, including items purchased on sale or with a discount. You may try the product as intended during the guarantee period. It does not have to be unused, and the original packaging or attached tags are not required.
How to start a return
- Email iphoneuquen@gmail.com within 90 days of receiving your order. Include your order number or proof of purchase so we can locate it.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label, the return address, and packing instructions. Please contact us before sending the package so it reaches the correct return location.
- Return the product and the accessories included with the edition you purchased. Pack them securely for shipping.
You do not need to give a reason for being dissatisfied. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
We will confirm when your return arrives and issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by applicable law. The refund covers the amount paid for the returned product, including any applicable taxes collected by us. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not received it, contact iphoneuquen@gmail.com.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem and include your order number, a description, and photos if available. We will help arrange the appropriate replacement or refund and cover the necessary return shipping. Your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods are not limited by our 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
Exchanges
If you would prefer another edition, contact us for help arranging a return and replacement order.
Your consumer rights
This voluntary guarantee is additional to your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law. It does not limit any right to cancel, obtain a refund, or receive a remedy for faulty or misdescribed goods. Where the European Union's 14-day right of withdrawal applies, you may also exercise that right without giving a reason.
